FAQ’s

Chiropractors have broad diagnostic skills and are trained to recommend therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises and provide nutritional, dietary, and lifestyle counseling. Dr. Sullivan has successfully treated injuries, chronic pain, headaches, and common spinal issues. He has also had great success adjusting pregnant women; helping lead to fewer complications during pregnancy and delivery.
Regular chiropractic care is beneficial for all people, regardless of their age. It complements other pain treatments, and last, but not least, it treats the cause of the pain, not the symptoms.

Do You Take Insurance?

We are a out of network provider. An out-of-network provider has no contract with your insurance carrier. This does not mean that services rendered by that provider are ineligible for any insurance plan benefit. Simply put, to see us as an out-of-network provider means that we do not bill your insurance plan on your behalf. You will owe the balance due for services rendered, still payable using any HSA funds. You may choose to bill your insurance to apply your visit toward any out-of-network benefits you might have within your insurance plan.

We will happily provide you with what is called a SuperBill. This itemized statement will reflect all of the pertinent and necessary information about our practice, procedure and diagnosis code information, and cost/payment information that will be used by your insurance plan to apply the visit to your out-of-network benefits.

What if I Have Medicare?

Our Medicare patients are the one exception to our practice updates. For those who have Medicare Part B as their primary insurance for services in this office, we will still be in network providers. If you are unsure of what you have, please call and we will happily discuss on an individual basis!
